Service Description

Private training is a fitness service where an individual works one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. The trainer will design a customized workout plan based on the client's fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations. The trainer will guide the client through each workout, providing instruction and motivation to help them achieve their goals. Private training allows for a more personalized approach to fitness as the trainer can adjust the workout to the client's specific needs. It also provides more flexibility in scheduling and location compared to group training. Private training sessions can take place at a gym, in a client's home, or even outdoor locations, such as parks. The client can work with the trainer to achieve a variety of goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, and overall health and wellness.


Cancellation Policy

Refunds: There are NO REFUNDS for sessions after they have been given. Refunds for pre-paid sessions and canceled sessions will only be received if the session has been cancelled 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled time. Late Policy: Your session is exactly as scheduled. If you are late you will miss some of your session, as the next session will begin at its scheduled time.
